Eternal Dragons is gearing up for its first official PvP tournament at the end of March. The tournament has a prize pool of over $15,000 USDC and is an excellent opportunity for Dragon Tamers to showcase their skills. Recently, PvP was introduced to the dragon-themed auto battler, and the tournament will feature a new feature called Player Cards.
To help players prepare for the tournament, the 2nd Eternal Dragons Alpha PvP League will run from March 20th. The top three players will receive rewards and the chance to improve their skills. Meanwhile, the top 64 players will be able to participate in the upcoming tournament, which will take place from March 31st to April 2nd.
The tournament will be a single-elimination format, with best-of-three matches leading up to the final round, which will be a best-of-five. The top 64 players will receive cash prizes, with a minimum of $3,000 for the winner.
A new feature announced by Eternal Dragons is Player Cards. These cards are given to all players who register and allow players to track their stats. Additionally, they act as tournament stakes and can be traded with other players. Holding a player card grants owners access to Eternal Dragons Alpha.
Eternal Dragons is an Auto Battler game that falls into the Solana Blockchain category. Players can use dragons as combat units with different classes, position-based abilities, and elemental affinities. The game encourages different strategies and team building options, with dragons having basic stats such as hit points, elemental power, and physical power.
Moreover, dragons have skill sets that are exclusive to certain classes and customizable with items that match their key stats. In Eternal Dragons, each dragon class has a specific “adjacent dragon” that works well. Furthermore, dragons receive bonuses if they share affinities with teammates.
Eternal Dragons aims to become one of the competitive esports games by providing the strategic depth necessary to achieve this goal.
